Connecticut Foodshare works through a network of food aid partners and programs including food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, residential programs and day programs serving adults and children. Mobile Food Pantry
Connecticut Foodshare Mobile Pantry helps address food deserts and transportation barriers that make it difficult for people who are food insecure to access the adequate nutrition they need. The Mobile Food Pantry has the agility to meet the changing needs in our communities.

Commodity Supplemental Food Program
Connecticut Foodshare provides a supplemental food resource to improve the health of low-income senior citizens through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). This federally funded program supplements senior diets with nutritious USDA-recommended commodity foods.
Participating seniors must be Connecticut residents and meet federal income guidelines.
Participants in the program receive a food box each month consisting of staple foods, including pasta, cereal, rice, canned fruit, canned vegetables, and canned meat.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
