Connecticut Foodshare is developing a Customer Service Commitment for display at partner agencies that reaffirms our shared commitment to providing a welcoming and dignified experience for visitors. We need your input.
Once finalized, all Connecticut Foodshare partner pantries and meal programs will be required to post the Commitment for guests to see. Connecticut Foodshare will bulk print the poster for our partners. The document will be made available in English and Spanish. We hope to make other commonly used languages available in the future.
We have drafted this document based on examples from food banks across the country and considering comments we have heard from the community. Please read our draft Commitment and take a few minutes to complete this brief survey to offer your feedback by April 30th.
