Basic food safety training is required because your agency is handling food. Complete our online Food Safety Training and Assessment    
OR email a copy of your ServSafe training certificate or proof of other nationally recognized safety training to Sarah Santora.

Participating agencies must maintain a cold storage temperature log because of the perishable cheese provided. Temperatures must be checked and logged at least once per week.  Download the log.
